diet:::do or die??

"why are u so thin ahh?", tanya mokwo pada kenalan mokwo berbangsa tiong hua

"i'm stress, that's why.." jelasnye sambil dok tarik2 kulitnye yang tak brape nak ade isi

"eh how come?i'm stres too you know,but i'm fat", tanya mokwo termangu2 maukan kepastian dan nak korek rahsia dia berdiet..standing with 6 feet tall she only weighs 50kg..alamak hai selim melim..lagak gaya macam model

"maybe i'm the one with high metabolism body",jawabnye lagik sambil membetulkan spek yg hampir melurut kebawah

" i wish i have that", jawab mokwo mengharap

" lahai kak, as long as you 're happy n healthy..oklahhh",tersengih dia melihat mokwo sedikit kecewa.n actually i'm not that healthy with this kindda body

so jom diet...mengeliat2 badan mokwo dengar perkataan diet..diet without preseverence will not bring u anywhere..

daya tahan n disiplin sudah semestinye mau ade..so guys before u embark on any diet make sure you are pscyhologically ready...klau tak lupakanlah..you'll end up what we call yo-yo dieting..naik turn , naik turn kang langsung tak turun2...so as we go along mokwo akan ceritakan diet2 regime yg mokwo dak pernah cuba..semuanye berdsarkan dari pengalaman . harap2 boleh buat panduan buat semua.InsyaAllah..tungguuuuuu!






kuih peneram yg mokwo beli dr pasar malam saje je nak interprem!!heheheh
