made this as a breakfast coz malas nak makan apa2..not bad sedap jugak n very filling..one complete breakfast i must say..guna blender je..so sudip n kuali bleh simpan yeh!.org2 yg dah bersiap , bersolek cantik2 nak gi keja pun bleh buat nih...sesuai utk yg berdiet gak...ye ke?? yogurt n banana katanye menggemukkan...aaahhh...bantai aje! hehehe
2 bji pisang montel
2 cawan susu fresh
2 sudu besar gula perang
1 cawan ais
3/4 cawan yogurt plain
choc syrup secukup rasa
1-2 titik esen pisang (optional)
cara2:
masuk semua bahan dlm blender.
