ikan siakap 3 rasa

at last i manage to go out..but the shopping trip was not as i expected...with hot blazing sun..it was so unbearable to travel here and there..luckily i didn't bring along my little girl..huh no wanderlah pokwo just let me went along with my big girl...jealous lak dlm dok panas2 terik menunggu for parking space..dok teringatkan how pokwo sat leisurely enjoying his astro sports channel..we just hate crowds and trafic jam..i thought..after chinese new year there was not many people went out for shopping..but the reality had proved me wrong....hemmm ape nak buat..sampai shopping complex..cepat2 beli all the necessity and chow..cari pisang pun tak jumpa...ikan2 pun macam dah setahun menopause..hemmm


ikan nih mokwo beli sebelum CNY lagih..baru nak masak..hampir lupa..so di sebabkan keboringan dok mkn ayam je lately..mokwo pun masaklah ikan nih....tak de nye nak buh mak nenek sayur...klau buh pun nanti dok pakat kuis2 tepi mokwo gak yg nak kena makan...i'm not in the sayur mood today..mokwo cube resepi dr chef norzailina...klau tak silaplah dan dah diubah suai mengikut cita rasa mokwo...meh jamu selera....mkn ngan nasik panas2 memang terangkat..tapi klau para2 diabetic harap kurangkan mkn nasi yek!


bahan2:
2 ekor ikan siakap - siang dan bersihkan, rendam dlm air asam jawa for 10min( utk hilangkan hanyir)
4 sb tpg jagung- utk salut ikan

7 ulas bwg putih- didadu halus
20 cili akar (species cili api yg tak berapa pedas)-kisar alus
3 sb cili sos
3 sb sos tiram
3 sb sos ikan (nam pla)
1 sb plum sos (optional, msam betul sos nih)
1 bijik limau nipis -perah amek airnye
1 sk tepung jagung + 1/2 cwn air
daun ketumbar)
daun bawang)- buat hiasan
gula secukup rase
myk utk menumis

cara2:
  • bilas ikan tadi dgn air bersih..lap kering.lumur skit garam + tpg jagung.
  • goreng ikan dgn myk terendam till masak dan garing
  • tumis bwg putih till naik bau. masukkan cili yg telah dikisar tadi
  • masukkan pulak segala sos2 nye
  • kemudian bancuhan tepung jagung pula. kacau till pekat
  • bila kuah dah didih, masukkan air limau nipis dan tutup api.
  • bila gak sejuk skit(supaya ikan maintain garing)..curah atas ikan tadi,
  • tabur dedaun dan hidangkan
masakan harus punyai rase manis, masam dan pedas..baru di panggil 3 rase mahhhh!!
