Pizza Polony...semangat me'roti' yang baru!!!

Pizza Polony

assalam semua.....laammaaaaaaa tak buat pizza...memang tak berapa rajin nak menguli..al maklumlah mokwo tak dak BM (breadmaker) yang canggih..(beli yg tesco punya..cukup hampeh!!)...mokwo jugak tak dak kitchen aid utk menbuat process ulian yg memakan masa 30 to 40 min...nak uli ngan tangan..haah...dah umur 40 nih,baik tok sah...kang terkehel ke hape ke..mokwo gak yg susah, tak dapek den nak hupdate blog!!! hihi
hemmm.... salin resepi dulu....lepas tuh kita tengok ape yg ade kat dlm stor, yg boleh mokwo suruh buat 'kerja'
resepi Pizza Polony yang mokwo ambil dari blog mamafami....gambar2 mama yg sungguh mengguda, memberi semangat mem'pizza' baru bg mokwo!! ...teringin jam2 tu jugak!!

POLONY PIZZA

PIZZA BASE
Ingredients :

190g bread flour
10g milk powder
20g margarine
15g castor sugar
110ml lukewarm water (maybe more, mokwo guna 130ml)
1 teaspoon instant dry yeast
1/4 sudu kecil bread improver (mokwo tambah )
1/4 sudu kecil bread softener (mokwo tambah)

Bread Maker method :


1. Pour water into the breadmaker pan. Add sugar.
2. Top it with flour, milk powder and yeast.
3. Set the bread maker to DOUGH function. After about 3 minutes kneading, add in the margarine. Let the bread maker continue kneading.
4. After about 20 minutes, turn the bread maker off and remove the dough from the pan.
5. Punch down to release the air. Cut the dough into two and shape into balls. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
6. Roll to a round thin shape. The thickness depends on how you want your pizza base to be.
7. Place on a tray. Using a fork, prick the surface of the dough.
8. Grate a bit of cheese on top. Then spread the pizza sauce on top. Arrange the polony and whatever topping you like. Grate more cheese on top.
9. The dough doesn't take long to rise. Once it has risen enough, bake in a preheated oven at 190 C for 25 minutes.

PIZZA SAUCE
Ingredients :

1/2 large onion ~ finely chopped
2 large tomatoes ~ chopped
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
a pinch of sugar
salt to taste
Extra-virgin Olive oil

Enough polony
Cheddar cheese ~ grated
Mozarella cheese ~ grated

Method :

1. Heat a bit of extra-virgin olive oil. Add in garlic paste.
2. Add in chopped onion and fry till fragrant.
3. Add in chopped tomato and stir well.
4. Add in tomato sauce, sugar and salt.
5. Let it simmer for a while and remove from heat. Ready to be used.

so...inilah cara mokwo buat pizza yek..kalau sapa2 nak tiru pung boleh..no hal...tapi kalau yur 'machine' rosak , jangan salahkan mokwo yek!!!

1st bawak keluar benda alah nih!! adeh, deh.. manyak berat ooooh!


lepas tuh baca manual..button mana yg sesuai di tekan...haha..mano pulak poie manual nih lak aii?!!!...


pilh 'aksesori' yg sesuai...


masuk semua bahan dan biarkan 'dia' mula kerja...pada awal 30 sec..doh jadi begini..ayoooo still long way to go!!!


after 1 minute...doh sudah terbentuk..masa nih boleh tepuk tangan ramai2...

inilah konsistensi yg kita mau utk bread dough...kalau di uli ngan tangan it  takes about 1 hour, BM ((breadmaker) lak, 30 min, but this food processor takes only 1 minute!! amazing!!


at this point doh akan di perap, biar dia naik 2x ganda...kemudian bentuklah menjadi pizza dan bakar pd suhu yg di syorkan...mokwo guna suhu 150 C...seboleh2nye kalau membakar roti, jangan mulakan dgn api yg terlampau kuat...

ini akan mengakibatkan yis cepat mati dan sudahnye roti akan mem'bantut'..(pls excuse my wordings..tunggang langgang)

bahan tabur, ikut apa yg ada dlm esbox!!

pizza sedap kalau di makan panas2..

cubit2tan dulu !!

see d texture..memang sedap dan gebu resepi nih...thanks mamafami..moga sukses dan glamer sokmo!! hihi!!!

kepada yg masih berkira2 nak beli BM tuh, boleh lah consider FP nih.....memang reliable n multipurpose...alah membeli, menang memakainya..!!

waalaikumussalam sam..benda nih nama nye food processor..pada awalnye beli utk kerja2 slicing dan buat minced meat..tapi sekarang dah boleh meroti lak..sam beli satu..sure tak rugi..mcm2 keje kita boleh kerah dia buat!hihi

salam maulidur rasul mokwo....perghhh tak thn nengok pizza gebus mokwo ni...memang sedap ni..pakai fp pun boleh..saya ada juga beli dulu tapi tak pernah cuba menguli doh pun...bagus juga mokwo cuba ni kan..menjadi juga tu.:)

alat canggih tu pun teringin gak la mokwo..
tapi.rasa2nya mixer akak yang buat biskut dan kek tu pun boleh guna untuk meroti tu..insyaallah.ada masa nanti nak cuba jugak..
