kek pisang choc chips

mokwo c&p from inahar's blog...very moist, rich, creamy...but i do prefer walnut rather than choc chips..or plain as itself..overall..worth trying..sure gonna make this again..yumm,yumm, yumm...oh yes,,do keep in fridge after 1 day..it gets stale easily...soo sayang klau tak abih!
kenapa mokwo tulis semacam punya express???...i'm soooo busy nowadays n outta ideas n no time to cook etc..layan jelah resepi ini yeh! tq inahar for sharing!!

RESIPI KEK PISANG
Bahan2:
1 cawan pisang emas lecek
13/4 caw tepung
225 gm butter
2 biji telur grade A
1 caw gula halus(i guna 1/2 gula castor,1/2 brown sugar..kurangkan amaun sikit jadi 3/4 caw. je)sedikit lemon juice
1 suduteh soda bicarbonate
1 suduteh esen vanilla
1/2 caw yogurt
sedikit walnut cincang..bakar dulu.(tukor ngan chocolate cip)
garam
cara:
pukul mentega dan gula sampai kembang.
masukkan telur satupersatu.
then masukkan esen vanila,lemon juice & yogurt.
kacau sebati.last masukkan tepung dan pisang lecek.
bakar pd preheated oven @ 180 c selama 45-60 minit(ikut oven masing2)

salam mokwo..moist nampak kek pisang tu ya..kalo yoghurt substitute ngan sour cream boleh tak mokwo?

Tengah duk pk nak buat kueh apa untuk kelas saya petang ni...round2 tengok ada kek pisang boh choc.chip ni...wah bagus nih...kopipes resepi ya mokwo... thx :)
