hari nih mokwo puasa sunat menemani pokwo yg juga berpuasa sunat..aduhai..puasa sunat memrlukan ketahanan lebih dr puasa di bulan ramadhan tau...cubaannye kekadang boleh menggugat iman mokwo..alhamdulillah..dapat jugak mokwo laksanakan puasa itu hari nih..memang telah lama sebenarnye nak buat puasa setiap isnin n khamis,...terlalu amat susah nak istiqamah..akhirnye mokwo has to go slow n steady...must puasa sunat at least once every week..then baru nak upgrade to twice weekly...tu pun banyak kali ngelat!..ape nak buat iman senipis kulit bawang! klau gi jalan2 dapur org lain, lagi tembus terus iman ku! hehe

so for iftar today , mokwo buat kuih bom..kuih kegemaran mokwo nih..mokwo guna resepi dr Alongroz...seorang yg cukup kreatif menjahit quilt...memang sedap, lembut jek..dan yg paling syoknye tak melotup..mcm sebelum2 nih..klau tak, mau mokwo kena pakai safety google..tq very much alongroz..mokwo c&p dr dapur alongroz yeh!
INGREDIENTS:
80g Sweet Potato - steamed & mashed
120g Glutinous Rice Flour
20g Plain Flour
35g Castor Sugar
A pinch Salt
100ml Water
Sesame Seeds - for rolling
Coconut/Bean Filling
METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.Divide into 12 balls.
Flatten each ball, place a ball of filling & wrap.Roll onto sesame seeds.
2. Deep fry until golden.Enjoy!
