new york cheese cake

apasal lah tenet ari nih terlau melankolik...nyet, nyet, nyet semput semacam..nak update pun dari pagi sampai senja nih baru abih!
oklah...
amek resepi dari blog lidya teh from my kitchen. dia bakar dlm loaf pan tapi mokwo guna loyang bulat yg terlebih besar.. sebb tuh crust dia nampak nipis jek! hasilnye , kek yg sungguh cantik..tak dek nak merekah2 , lembut elok, manis pun sedang2 aje. ingat kan nak biar togel jeh..anak2 lak request buh topping..mokwo lebih suka blueberry topping..tapi kat umah ade stroberi topping , kita bedal ajelah kan..tapi sememangnye, topping tuh menambah lagi kesedapan pd cheese kek itu! selepas semalaman dlm fridge, kek akan terasa lebih sedap lemak manis disulami dgn stroberi topping yg sejuk..

ngap dulu baru snap! jemput semua....

dari segi bahan2, rseepinye tak byk beza ngan resepi cheese cake lain..apa2 pun bg penggemar cheese cake, rasa kek ini pasti tidak mengecewakan!

Ingredients (9"):

:Crust:
80g short bread, crushed
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cawan walnut- bakar n kisar

:Filling:
450g cream cheese
¾ cup white sugar
½ cup milk
2 eggs
½ cup sour cream
½ tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cake flour, sifted

topping:
strawberry filling secukupnye

Directions:
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Grease a loaf pan or line it with baking paper.In a medium bowl, mix together short bread crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture evenly onto bottom of the loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk, and then mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in sour cream, vanilla and cake flour until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven with the door ajar. Chill in refrigerator until serving.( mokwo guna springform pan bulat n bake for almost 1 hour at 160 c with waterbath method)

salam mokwo. sedapnya... kakchik memang suka kek keju yang ni especially lapisan bawahnya tu. yummy! bestnya kalau dapat makan kek mokwo ni. 1/4 pun kakchik rasa boleh habis ni.

wow,,,,cheese kek...pandai mokwo buat...kak gerau tak leh buat lagi...tak gheti lagi...
