muffin kukus

first and formost...bersyukurlah dgn ape2 rezeki yang di kurnia Allah swt. Syukur Alhamdullilah..biarpun apam yg mokwo kukus kali nih tak merekah berembok cam org lain..mokwo syukur jugak..sebb sedap and lembut jeh...tak yah susah2 kunyah..satu kali ngap dah bleh telan..hehe..tak serik mokwo nak buat apam yeh! bukan ape klau nak compare ngan kek apam lebih mudah pembuatannye..hanya guna whisker dan mangkuk pengadun dah...taraaaa..siap di kukus. nak ngukus pun tak amek masa yg lama..lebih kurang 15-20 minit klau guna bekas kecil....so lepas nih projek apam ape lakkk..tunggu!!
amek resepi dr umah mamafahmi yg di ceduk dr umah maklang azie..am flora pun buat resepi yg sama gak..tq ladies for sharing this lovely resepi!
STEAMED MUFFIN
Ingredients A :
2 cups evaporated milk
1 cup cooking oil or 250g melted butter (mokwo used cooking oil)
1 3/4 cups castor sugar( mokwo guna 1 1/2 cwn)
1 egg
Ingredients B :
to be sifted
300g superfine flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
Essence : Durian, Strawberry, Yam and PandanFood( mokwo buh 1 sk esen rose je)
coloring : yellow, pink, purple and green
Method :
1. Mix A using a whisk.
2. Pour B into A and mix well.
3. Spoon the mixture into the prepared cups layered with papercups.
4. Steam for 10 minutes in high temperature.
nota utk peringatan mokwo:
-kukus apam at a very high temperature
-jarakkan apam supaya masak sekata
