apam beras EJ

nih apam terkejut badak!!!..sib baik tak kena heart attack ko apam oiiii!







ade jugak apam yg degil..!! asyik tido mcm nuffnangku




masih kemaruk nak meng'apam' lagik..tengok resepi dr blog mamafahmi..teringin nak cube..sebab bahan2 dia tak lah byk sgt..so klau tak jadik taklah frust sgt..hehe..the recipe that worth for all to try..tapi dr ape yg mokwo buat dan rase..apam yg tak senyum tu lagik sodap ghasenye wehh..Wallahualam...tak cube tak tau...c&p dr umah mamafahmi yek!





APAM TEPUNG BERAS


Yields : 12 pieces


Ingredients :


100g rice flour ( mokwo used cap teratai..baru perasan, selama nih main buh jeh tah ape2 brand pun just don't give a damn)


50g sugar


130g water


2g yeast (approximately 1/2 teaspoon)


2g ENO (original)


Food coloring


freshly grated coconut for garnishing (I omit this because I don't have it at home)


Method :


1. Mix rice flour, sugar, water and yeast.


2. Stir till sugar dissolves. Keep in an airtight container for at least 4 hours to ferment.


3. Get the steamer ready.


4. Add food coloring and ENO into the fermented mixture and stir lightly till well mixed. Leave covered, for 5 minutes.


5. Spoon the mixture into the prepared cups. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes.


6. Serve with freshly grated coconut.

Uits... berjangkit ke sini ye. Hihihi.. Pada mama kan mokwo, senyum ka tak senyum ka, semua cheq tibai. Sedap belaka. Dan yang paling seronoknya, tak dak chicken pox! Alhamdulillah.

mane tak jangkit ma..ayu betul apam mama ari tuh..! anak mokwo yg kecil skali cukup punya suka..sebb kaler pink!!haha..umpan anak utk makan!
