resepi mudah yg mokwo ambil dari buku resepi chef wan...frankly this is the first time mokwo buat brownie..jadi kan sedikit jakun tau untuk melihatkan hasilnye...perkara pertama yg bermain dlm minda mokwo...cam no ehh ghupe brownie nih?? seriously, tak pernah makan..dalam resepi kata guna temp 180 C for 30 min...tapi tunggu punya tunggu , cucuk dgn lidi..it did'n come out clean !!! wow trouble was in the air!!!...letak lagi dlm oven, i lowered oven temp at 150 C , bake another 20 min...suddenly....bau hangit loooorr!!! keluarkan brownie...lidi still a lil' bit smoochy...but didn't dare to put in d oven again!!! kalau tidak...kira sedekah kat tong sampah lah brownie mokwo
tunggu sejuk...dalam hati, ya Allah please let it be edible!!...well wat da yer know...felt i was in cloud nine that my prayer had been granted!!! Syukur, Alhamdulillah ...tq Allah!!
despite of the stinky burnt smell, my brownie is still deliciously edible and addictive!!! poppin' one after another, lepas nih mesti kena buat second batch...n now i know the trick, for sure!!!..ie it was so wrong to test yur brownies with the tooth pick!!! sampai hangit kejong pun belum tentu the pick will come out clean!!
so nak masak nih agak2 lah yeh...dlm 35 min..or the most 40 min at temp 175-- 180 C dah cukup memadai....lagi satu kalau guna loyang shortbread, brownies lagi cepat masak!! so have a go !!

guna loyang shortbread, square 10' x10'..utk sukatan guna cawan yg berisipadu 250ml = 1 cawan
bahan:A
150gm butter
340 gm dark cooking chocolate
bahan B:
80 gm gula perang
2 telur A
1/2 sudu teh esen vanilla
1/2 cawan tepung gandum
1/2 cawan kacang hazel yg dibakar dan di kisar baru sukat
1/4 sudu kecil garam
cara2:
- satukan bahan B
- kacau guna hand whisk till gula larut
- double boiled bahan2 A
- bila sejuk skit masukkan dlm bahan B, kacau sebati
- tuang dlm loyang dan bakar at temp 170 for 40 min

Mokwo, kita pun selalu berdebar bila bakar brownies atau kek ni, kesnya kalau dlm resepi kata 30 minit, kita punya msti kena tambah lagi 10 minit... baca entri mokwo ni rasanya kita dapat mnambah ilmu sikit bila nak bakar brownies nanti
