salam semua pembaca budiman....today sessi persekolahan sudah di mulakan kembali..that's mean no more santai2 lepas subuh...besides awal sebelum subuh lagi mokwo dah bangun..siap2 kan budak sekolah...kakak paling lambat siap... but amny, the lil' one,surprisingly cukup bersemangat nak ke sekolah..no crying what so ever...baguih nyer anak2 ku. !!!
for the teachers, mereka mungkin semangat berkobar2 kan tak sabar nak mengajar..tak kan malas2 kot , sebb dah cuti lama...sure everthing is fresh...dalam bab mengajar dan belajar, mokwo selalu tertanya2 kenapa ada sesetengah guru , kalau dia mengajar otak mokwo nih macam tak leh terima....lontaran ilmu dari mulut cik gu tersebut hanya mem buat mata mokwo tertutup...syarahan yg panjang lebar seperti tiada kesan pada otak mokwo... tapi bila subjek yg sama, di ajar oleh guru yg berlainan...otak kita boleh pulak absorb the knowledge...macam sponge absorbs water...so the question is...whose fault is that...the student or the teacher??? you all figure out yur selves laah...wokay...kang mokwo bersyarah kat sini panjang lebar..sampai ter tido lak u ols baca!
baking a cake is definitely not my passion...coz i hate the usage of so many 'hardware'...lepas tuh nak basuh segala mak nenek gadget2..heeeeeh...manyak leceh loooor...when i put my cake batter in the hot oven... i will pray hard that my cake will turn out to be alright!!! i really need to learn a lot more about baking.....and i need a good teacher..garang2, banyak songeh,,, ku tak moh.....of course a no-pay teacher will be a bless...hahaha..kedekut tul!!!
in the mean time..terimalah seadanye kek mokwo nih...bertomfok-tomfok...tapi rasa nye memang sedap...cuma since i'm not a big fan of dairy buttery products (can't stand d smell daa), mokwo kena guna buttercup lah lain kali....dekat sebotol febreeze mokwo sembur rumah, nak hilangkan bau ke'lembu'an nye...hihi...the taste is exceptionally superb!!! many thanks to rima for sharing the recipe and others yg telah mencuba dan memberi feedback yg cukup positive...so, have a slice everyone!!

Ingredients
240g good quality butter
90g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup (304g) condensed milk
3 tsp vanilla paste
240g cake flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder - I used double acting
4 large eggs
Method
- Sift cake flour and baking powder together. Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar together till light and fluffy.
- Add in salt and vanilla paste and cream well.
- Pour in condensed milk and cream till well combined.
- Using the mixer on low speed, add in flour in 3 additions. Mix till batter is smooth.
- Add in eggs one at a time. Make sure it's well mixed and smooth.
- Bake at 175 degrees for 1 hour - I baked mine at 170C for 45 mins

nilah akibat nye guna acuan kek bidan terjun...acuan tuh sebeno nye acuan puding..hehehe..dah abeh bancuh kek baru ter'perasan' yg loyang kek semua nye terlalu besar utk batter..mokwo buat 1/2 adunan aje
tapi akak leh jugak makan kek ni ye walaupun kelembuan itu ada..hahaa..sama la saya pun, kalau lepas makan mcm ada melekat je bau tu kan..suka guna butte ryg lite lite je bau kelembuan tu..hehe
